We'd love to see photos or videos of your prayer time. We'd also love you to share any specific words or prayer lines you had for the nations you were praying for. Post them here.
We (45 children and 7 leaders) loved taking part for the first time this year. We did various activities from the resources - writing our thanks to God, saying sorry and washing our hands, we prayed for ourselves (we did the filling the cups activity from the resources), for Canada and for the world (using parachute games).
When praying for Canada, we divided the map into pieces for each child to decorate and they spoke the words of life over the country. We also ate pancakes and maple syrup, while praying Canadians would taste and see the Lord is good. The children were really engaged and enthusiastic about it all.
We also got the world prayer maps/passports from open doors for them to take home, to equip them to pray for the persecuted church. We'll be having prayer-only mornings more often! Thanks!
Love this! So exciting to hear.
